About these service terms

This page explains the practical service rules to review when using telaHosting from the United Kingdom. The published global service terms identify Tela Hosting Ltd. telaHosting is part of Bazecity Technologies Ltd. The completed acquisition has an official effective date of 1 November 2026.

Your order, product description and any service-specific agreement provide the details for the service you purchase. Read and keep the terms supplied with your order. If a detail is unclear, ask the team before payment. This explanatory page does not ask you to accept a new agreement by browsing.

Before you order

Check the selected product, resources, billing period, total price, tax, setup charges, renewal price and cancellation process. A displayed currency or a regional website does not establish a server location or change the currency of an existing client account. Confirm any location, compatibility or support requirement for the exact product you choose.

Accounts, billing and renewals

Use accurate account and billing details, protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Published service terms describe advance payment, automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends, and notice of price changes before renewal.

Review invoices and renewal settings in the client area. Cancelling a payment instruction alone may not complete a service cancellation. Ask support to confirm the steps and effective end date for your product.

Hosting, backups and migrations

Plans have resource limits. Backup availability varies by plan; maintain a separate copy of your website and email. Confirm migration eligibility, scope, size and charges before a move. Service availability is not a promise of uninterrupted operation.

Before ending a service, export the information you need and check when access will stop. Do not rely on an account remaining recoverable after termination.

Domains and third-party products

Keep domain renewal and registrant details current. Transfers depend on registry and registrar rules. Licences, certificates and other third-party services may carry additional provider terms.

Check the spelling, extension, registration period and registrant information before completing a domain order. A search result is not a reservation or registration confirmation.

Responsible use

Published terms prohibit unlawful material, malware, spam, network attacks, infringement, harassment and abusive resource use. Breaches can lead to suspension or termination.

If you suspect compromise, contact support promptly and preserve useful details such as the affected service and time of the incident. Do not send passwords or private keys in an ordinary enquiry.

Cancellations, refunds and UK consumer rights

The global policy describes a conditional 10-day hosting refund offer, with exclusions for bundled services, migration use, activated unmanaged VPS, domains and third-party products. Read the full eligibility and processing rules before ordering.

A commercial money-back offer is separate from statutory rights. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. UK consumer cancellation rights can depend on the type of service, when it starts and any express request or acknowledgement given at checkout. Ask for the cancellation information for your order; do not assume the 10-day offer defines every right you may have.

Read GOV.UK information about online and distance selling.

Support and policy questions

Use the authenticated client area for an existing account, billing question, cancellation or refund request. For a general pre-sales question, contact the team. Give the relevant product and a concise description of the issue.

For the published global policy and its complete commercial detail, see telaHosting global service terms. Read alongside the UK privacy notice and cookie policy.

Common questions

Where do I manage a service or request cancellation?

Use the authenticated telaHosting client area for service, invoice and cancellation questions. Ask support to confirm the procedure for your product.

Does the 10-day refund offer replace consumer rights?

No. The published commercial offer is conditional and separate from statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Does the UK website confirm UK hosting or a UK office?

A regional website does not establish a server, staff or office location. Confirm any location requirement before choosing a service.
